Eight galleries come together under one roof to tell the story of Western Australia, from ancient landscapes and Aboriginal cultures to dinosaurs, deep-sea creatures and modern Perth. WA Museum Boola Bardip opened in 2020 within a historic precinct at the heart of the city. The collections stretch from geological specimens and meteorites to fossils, marine life, cultural objects and contemporary stories. Noongar perspectives are woven throughout the museum, while galleries such as *Dinosaur Discoveries* and *Origins* connect Western Australia’s deep past with the people, environments and ideas that continue to shape it.
