Logging & Reviews

How do I log a museum visit?

Click the '+ Log' button in the top navigation bar, select the museum or exhibition, add your rating, date, and optional review notes.

Can I edit or delete a log later?

Yes, you can manage all your previous logs and reviews directly from your personal profile diary.

How do star ratings work?

Ratings range from 0.5 stars to 5 stars. You can also indicate if you 'liked' a visit with a heart icon.

Lists & Planned Visits

How do I create a list?

Go to the Lists page and click the 'Start a List' button. You can choose to make your list ranked or unranked.

What is the difference between Planned visits and a Log?

Your Planned visits list is for museums and exhibitions you want to visit in the future. Logs are for places you have already visited.

Account & Community

How do I follow other members?

Visit any member's profile or check out the Members directory, then click the 'Follow' button next to their username.

Does MuseaShelf provide practical visitor information?

MuseaShelf focuses on helping you discover, track, and review museums and exhibitions. For opening hours, ticket prices, and other visitor information, we recommend checking the official museum website.
