MarcelineMissouri/United States

Walt Disney Hometown Museum is a museum in Marceline, Missouri, dedicated to Walt Disney’s childhood and his connection to the town. Located in the restored Santa Fe railway depot where Walt first arrived in Marceline as a four-year-old, the museum was established in 2001 and houses more than 4,000 Disney-related artefacts. The collection includes family photographs and letters, personal objects, artwork, memorabilia and items connected to Walt Disney’s visits to Marceline. Exhibits also explore how Walt’s memories of the town influenced Disney projects, including Main Street, U.S.A., and other films and attractions.
