The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art is a new museum in Exposition Park in Los Angeles, California, founded by filmmaker George Lucas and Mellody Hobson. The museum explores the power of visual storytelling through art from different periods, cultures and media. Its collection includes more than 40,000 works spanning illustration, comics, paintings, photography and cinematic art, with works by artists such as Norman Rockwell, Diego Rivera and Charles Schulz. The museum also includes two cinemas, educational spaces, galleries and landscaped public areas. It is scheduled to open to the public on September 22, 2026.
