At The Tank Museum in Bovington, Dorset, the history of armoured warfare unfolds through around 300 military vehicles from different countries and eras. The collection ranges from early First World War designs to modern main battle tanks, showing how technology changed the way wars were fought. One standout is Tiger 131, a German Tiger I captured in Tunisia in 1943 and later featured in the film *Fury*. Across the galleries, tanks are presented alongside soldiers’ personal stories, uniforms, medals and wartime objects, connecting the machines to the people who designed, operated and faced them in battle.
