Museum Of Flight

From the earliest days of powered flight to the exploration of space, The Museum of Flight in Seattle tells the story of how humans learned to fly. Its collection includes more than 150 aircraft and spacecraft, from historic military planes to commercial airliners and spaceflight artefacts. Highlights include the original Boeing Red Barn, where the Boeing Airplane Company began, a Space Gallery featuring the Space Shuttle Trainer, and an outdoor Aviation Pavilion with aircraft such as Concorde, the first Boeing 747 and the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Visitors can also explore historic cockpits and discover the people, engineering and daring ideas that shaped aviation.
