Moored on the River Thames between London Bridge and Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast is a former Royal Navy cruiser that visitors can explore from engine rooms deep below deck to the bridge above. The ship served during the Second World War, including the Arctic Convoys and the Normandy landings, and later saw action during the Korean War. Across nine decks, original equipment and restored spaces reveal how nearly 1,000 sailors lived and worked at sea. Visitors can explore the gun turrets, sick bay, mess decks and operations room, discovering the ship not just as a weapon of war, but as a floating community.
