Museum of Contemporary Art Andros

On a small Cycladic island known for whitewashed villages and rugged landscapes, contemporary art finds an unexpected home. The Museum of Contemporary Art Andros was founded in 1979 by the Basil and Elise Goulandris Foundation and has become a major cultural stop on the island. The museum presents Greek and international modern and contemporary art through exhibitions that change from year to year.
